California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides residents of the state of California with a right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. AmplifyMD does not sell consumer data to third parties. Even so, “sale” is defined broadly by the CCPA and may include the sharing with or making available to third parties certain personal information. In some instances, our use or disclosure of consumer data may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA.
