Our Story
“Growing up in families of physicians, we saw them working tirelessly to provide the highest standard of care for their patients. Nothing was more frustrating for them than transferring a patient they felt could have been treated successfully if only they had access to the right specialist resources. But without an easy, efficient way to get the specialist support needed, they regularly lost patients to tertiary care centers hours away, costing everyone time and money they could ill afford and further exacerbating the physician burnout problem. We felt inspired to take on the challenge, and leveraging our experience in business and technology, built AmplifyMD to rethink how we connect hospitals, specialists, and patients.”
